Direct selling to grow 10%
London _ The world's direct-selling business is projected to grow by 10% next year from US$100 billion currently, representing 2% of the global retail market.
The biggest threats to growth are local regulations and a negative image of the business among consumers, said Dick DeVos, chairman of the World Federation of Direct Selling Associations (WFDSA).
