UK Telco Uses Network Marketing Model
Telegraph Money Redpath's road to riches
Who said the Avon Lady and the Man from the Pru were out of date? Giles Redpath, the chief executive of Euphony, an international telecoms company, is going to make £50m from the age-old techniques of network marketing by this time next year.
Redpath's outfit is an aggressively expanding tele-coms tiddler, turning over £97.3m in 2004, but with turnover and profitability shooting up - he confidently predicts pre-tax profits of £10m for this year, and a flotation on the Alternative Investment Market next April is already heavily pencilled in.
